Player of the Week

Congratulations to this week’s Fox Sports 1400 High School Player of the Week presented by Rockie Bull Allstate Insurance.  For Week 2, it’s Spartanburg Viking junior Running Back Zykamren Robinson.

In the 39-25 win over Etowah, Robinson made his first appearance of the year after suffering a hand injury in August. He had 18 carries for 223 yards and 3 TDs on the night. He capped it off with a 53 yard TD run to put the game away in the 4th Quarter. He played the entire game with a cast on his hand.

This week, the Vikings head back on the road to take on the Union County Yellow Jackets.
