Tate Retiring

Spartanburg County School District Two announced Friday morning that Boiling Springs head football coach Rick Tate is retiring.

Tate has been a coach at Boiling Springs since 1985 when he started as a volunteer coach.  Tate led the Bulldogs to their first appearance in a state title game in 2016.

Congratulations Coach Tate on a great career and we wish you nothing but the best going forward and we hope you enjoy your retirement!
