Brett Sloan Named New Woodruff Football Coach

Brett Sloan was named as the new football coach at Woodruff High School on Tuesday to replace Bradley Adams, who returned to coach at Georgetown.

Sloan has strong Spartanburg ties, as he played and coached at Chapman and is a former Byrnes assistant coach.

Sloan has spent the better part of the last decade coaching in Georgia with stops at Collins Hill as an offensive coordinator and Keli as the head coach. In his time as a head coach at Keil he had an overall record of 35-21.

Sloan will inherit a program with a lot of tradition and a huge amount of community support.

We are happy to welcome Coach Brett Sloan back home to Spartanburg County!
