High School

Week 2 POTW

Jaylen McGill had a big weekend. On Friday he helped lead his team Mountain View Prep to a 48-21 win over St. Joe’s and on Saturday he received an offer from Clemson.

McGill carried the ball 18 times Friday night for 174 yards and 4 touchdowns, while also catching nine passes for 162 yards. That effort gets him electrifying player of the week honors for week number 2 of the high school football season.

MVP is now 3-0 with a date Friday night with the Crescent Tigers.

Congratulations to the Mountain View Prep Stars on another win and congratulations to Jaylen McGill our week 2 Electrifying Player of the Week!
